My chapter comes from one of the hardest seasons of my life—a time when so much of what I believed about myself fell apart. I write about transmuting self-hate and the long, precarious journey back to myself.
I’ve come to believe that initiation rarely looks the way we imagine it will. Sometimes it arrives as disruption. Sometimes as loss. Sometimes as the moment the old way of being can no longer carry us forward.
And inside that undoing, something new begins.
